Incartus Investments today received a preliminary credit proposal from Wells Fargo Bank for the acquisition, operation, and development of existing and to-be-acquired oil and gas properties in the Texas Gulf Coast region. This is an important step in the growth of Incartus’s energy-related investments towards what is expected to be over $1 billion USD in oil and gas reserves with this Joint Venture alone.
